Westley Pamphile has been helping individuals, families, and business owners build long-term financial security since 2008 through his affiliation with New York Life and various other independent insurance companies.
As President of Pamphile Financial, LLC, Westley’s work is grounded in financial education, protection-first strategies, and building long-standing relationships based on trust, integrity and understanding. He takes a personal, hands-on approach with clients, helping them organize cash flow, manage risk, address estate planning concerns, and make thoughtful decisions about the future. Westley believes a financial strategy works best when it is clear, collaborative, and tailored to the realities of each client’s personal and business needs.
A strong believer in continuing education, Westley earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP) designations from The American College. He maintains Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance licenses, along with FINRA Series 6 and FINRA Series 63 securities registrations, and is a member of FINRA/SIPC. Mentorship and legacy are central to Westley’s work.
He is actively mentoring young professionals entering the financial services industry, including his son, Brandon Pamphile, Vice President of Pamphile Financial, LLC, who is being trained as his successor. Together, they are building a firm focused on continuity, service, and long-term relationships for the families and businesses they serve.
